Sebastian is an adorable toddler who has a petite build and wears corrective lenses. He has multiple medical needs and frequent appointments. Sebastian also has developmental delays for which he is getting services. Sebastian is a very happy , sweet, and loving. He loves anything to do with the movie “Cars”, loves to play with toy cars and monster trucks, and being read to.
Note: Sebastian’s foster parents are in the process of adopting him.
